Harvey World Travel Ltd Subscription Milestone Update

Webjet today confirmed that the first two key milestones under the Subscription Agreement with HWT have been achieved in advance of schedule and accordingly Webjet has received share subscription and option funds totalling $616,000 and has issued Fourteen million shares and the appropriate option certificates to HWT under the authority provided by Webjet shareholders at the EGM on 12 July.
Further, and in accordance with the Subscription Agreement, Webjet is delighted to confirm the appointment of two additional Directors, Mr Norm Fricker and Mr Tim Dodds.
This brings Webjet's Board to a total complement of seven. Webjet also confirms that it has received $35,280 under the Shareholder Purchase Plan, and has issued 840,000 shares at 4.2c per share.
