September Quarter Sales On Budget

Revenue ahead of Forecast Webjet today announced that September quarter gross transaction values totalled $2.1 million, precisely in line with budget.
Webjet's Managing Director, David Clarke, said: "In the circumstances of the massive September disruption to domestic and world aviation, we are extremely pleased with the September quarter results. The month of September has, despite the disruption, continued to exhibit growth with revenue earnings for the quarter of approximately $190,000 compared with budget of approximately $150,000."
"Domestic booking demand remains strong, site sessions also reflect growth and international bookings are so far holding at forecast levels. Capacity availability domestically in October and onwards should improve, but will be a key component of the next quarter results."
