State Of Market Update

Webjet today announced a continuation of growth for the first two months of the new financial year.
Commenting Webjet Managing Director, David Clarke, said "July, and in particular August, have exhibited strong growth in both TTV and transaction numbers relative to July and August last year.
The full year trend reported to the end of June has continued and further accelerated in August in part as a response to our foreshadowed strategy of extending our marketing activities including an extension of television reach into regional areas.
August has recorded a TTV increase of approximately 28% compared with last year.
Whilst overall indicators remain uncertain we are encouraged by the strong start to the new financial year".
