Harvey World Travel Limited - Subscription Agreement Milestone Update

Webjet today confirmed that the third key milestone under the Subscription Agreement with Harvey World Travel Limited has been achieved in advance of schedule and accordingly Webjet has received share subscription funds totalling $280,000 and has issued seven million shares to Harvey World Travel Limited under the authority provided by Webjet shareholders at the EGM on 12 July 2004.
