Travel.com.au Bid
Webjet notes that Travel.com.au Ltd has terminated the Implementation Agreement and is currently intending to further consider bids from Webjet and Wotif.
Webjet would like to remind the market that the Pre-Bid Acceptance Agreement, dated 6 September 2007 as previously advised to the market, remains in place and is not affected by the termination of the Implementation Agreement and as a result, Webjet's current relevant interest in 19.9% of TVL shares also remains in effect.
