Australia's leading online travel provider, WEBJET Ltd, announced today it has formed a strategic alliance with Maxishop, an Australian expansion platform for the United Kingdom's leading Internet music provider Maximusic.
Chairman of Maximusic Dot Com PLC, Mr Ian Murray, said today, "Maximusic has identified the benefits of entering the Australian market and we see our alliance with WEBJET as an excellent means to deliver serviced solutions and purchasing opportunities to our Australian customers.

Maxishop customers who join the exclusive Maxishop membership club will receive double loyalty program points with WEBJET for every dollar spent at the Maxishop site and have easy access to some of Australia's best travel offers and leading online technology at WEBJET.
WEBJET's Managing Director, Mr David Clarke said today WEBJET customers would similarly benefit from the opportunities the merge brings to the two markets, music and travel.

Links between the two websites will go live in mid-june.
