Webjet Appoints Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

Webjet today announced the appointment of Richard Noon (see below) as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.
Announcing the appointment, Webjet’s Managing Director, David Clarke said:
With the increasing scope of Webjet’s affairs, associations and arrangements we have considered it is now the appropriate time to formally appoint a Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary and we are delighted to secure the services of Richard Noon who has had a long association with our company in a number of areas including consultancy advice on strategic matters, financial market updates and strategic issues the company has been involved with over the last year.
Richard Noon has an extensive background in travel technology and financial services and is widely respected within the travel industry in Australia and indeed overseas. He brings to Webjet a wealth of industry experience and substantial skills and experience in e-commerce generally. Richard is a Certified Practising Accountant, and holds a Bachelors Degree at Victoria University and Graduate Diploma in Accounting.
