Webjet Appoints New GM Customer Operations

Webjet today announced the appointment of Tim Wagg as General Manager Customer Operations.
Tim has 20 years in the travel industry having run Jetset Holidays before Ansett where he was responsible for loyalty and frequent flyer programs. More recently Tim was responsible for Citylink's 800,000 customers as Project Director Electronic Tolling at Transurban.
Commenting, Chief Executive Officer Richard Noon, said:
"Tim's appointment further strengthens our Customer Service team allowing us to cater for the current substantial growth and plan for the next layer of growth.
Tim brings to Webjet a wealth of travel industry experience in tour wholesaling and airlines as well as experience with a high volume transacting environment in toll roads."
