Webjet today announced the retirement of John Lemish as a Director with effect from the end of March which will mark the tenth anniversary since John joined Webjet’s Board in 2000.

In addition John will be retiring from executive responsibilities at the end of the current financial year 30 June.

Commenting, Webjet Managing Director David Clarke said:

In conjunction with our Chairman Allan Nahum and myself, John was one of the three founders of Webjet. He has contributed enormously to our development over the last decade and has given Webjet unwavering commitment through our spectacular growth. Appropriate structural executive arrangements are already in place so that effectively the transition to his retirement will be seamless.

John carries with him the heartfelt thanks of the full Board in total, and myself particularly and personally.

We wish him great happiness in the next stage of his life.
