Webjet today announced a major trading and strategic relationship with the AOT Group which is an Australian market leading inbound and destination management company operating TravelPoint, Australian Outback Travel, New South Wales Holidays, travelmate.com.au, and the last minute hotel internet site needitnow.com.au, along with other special interest tour operations.

Commenting, Webjet's Managing Director David Clarke said:

The key components of our association are:

- Webjet will source special online Australian and New Zealand hotel and sightseeing inventory as a key element of the extension of our product range and forthcoming automatic online packaging

- Webjet will provide the AOT Group with online air ticketing facilities through its Travel Services Aggregator

- Cementing the strategic and trading relationship, Webjet will issue the AOT Group with five million ordinary shares at 4.7c per share for a cash consideration of $235,000

AOT Group CEO, Andrew Burnes, commented:

"We are delighted to have entered into this association with Webjet which we believe will materially enhance our customer service capability in the area of air ticketing and provide us with a rapidly growing and leading edge, additional consumer distribution channel".

Webjet's Managing Director David Clarke said:
