Webjet announces the launch of webjet.com.fj.
Commenting, Chief Executive Officer, Richard Noon said,
"With a population of some 900,000 we see Fiji as strategically important in the triangle of Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific islands. The nature of the available airfares is ideally suited to Webjet's mix'n'match matrix facility where one carrier can be booked in one direction, and another in the return direction.
Webjet will be adding its unique Deal Finder technology which allows consumers to compare a whole month of fares and travel dates in order to choose the best price.
Prices will be in Australian dollars and display Qantas, Pacific Blue, Air Pacific and Air New Zealand. Bookings may be made ex-Fiji to Australia and New Zealand."
