We have now completed technology testing and customer service plans for implementation in July which will see the totality of our business conducted on-line. This will have a major and positive input on our cost structure and will further differentiate our company as a leader in on-line travel.
More importantly, it will ensure that our policy of cost price airfares, with a nominal fulfilment fee, will deliver sustainable advantage for our customers".
