Webjet Share Placement

Webjet today announced it has placed six million shares at $0.05c per share (total $300,000) to a series of professional investors through Axis Financial Services.
The issue is covered under the authority provided to the Board on 28 April 2003 at a general meeting of share holders to approve a series of resolutions in relation to Webjet's Galileo transactions.
The placement was foreshadowed in the company's Annual Report to members 2003.
